Terms

These terms cover buying and using RAMen. By buying or using the app you agree to them.

Your license

• A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use RAMen on up to 2 Macs you own or control.
• The license is a one-time purchase. It doesn’t expire and there is no subscription.
• Updates for version 1 are included. A future major version may be sold separately; the version you bought keeps working.
• You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.

Ending processes

RAMen lets you end processes on your Mac. It always asks a process to close normally first, and it won’t end macOS system processes, but ending a process can still lose unsaved work in that app. You decide what to end, and you’re responsible for that choice.

Payments

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

No warranty

RAMen is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
